Rotem Project
Rotem Power Plant’s construction commenced in January 2011 and it began commercial operation on July 2013, at Mishor Rotem (in the south of Israel). The Rotem power plant uses combined cycle power plant technology and is powered by natural gas, which is considered to be very efficient and eco-friendly.
The main equipment at Rotem is manufactured by Mitsubishi (MHI). The power plant meets the most stringent environmental standards.
